Adi is recognized as an industry expert and thought-leader in the PropTech industry. His work has been featured in industry publications and he often presents at the industry's largest tech conferences.

 

After completing his degree at the University of Texas, Adi's first job was working as a product manager at a start up attempting to build the world's first search portal for wine. The concept, Wines.com, would eventually fold due to poor market fit which inspired Adi to dedicate his career to solving the number one reason start ups fail - market fit.

He would pursue a career as a market research analyst consulting Fortune 500 companies attempting to penetrate new markets. The publication of his research eventually lead to an opportunity to work with Keller Williams, the world's largest residential brokerage, and ultimately join the team as Director of Innovation to help pivot the brokerage into becoming a technology company.

After leaving Keller Williams, Adi would establish himself as an industry consultant and advisors to various start ups and organizations attempting to modernize the real estate industry. He served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Moderne Ventures until he co-founded his new venture, Newzip, where he is currently the CEO.

Adi currently resides in Austin,TX with his wife Holly and their two dogs: Lenny & Kobi.
